Welcome to Moody Elements. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of moodyelements.com and any purchase made through this website. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ABOUT MOODY ELEMENTS

Moody Elements LLC is a woman-owned small business based in Delaware. We create and sell original apparel, gifts, custom designs and other small-batch goods.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, colors, sizing and images accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, garment color, printing method or the handmade nature of a product.

Small variations in placement, color and finish are normal for handmade and small-batch items and are not considered defects.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Moody Elements may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, an incorrect price, unavailable materials or another reasonable business concern. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before completing checkout, including product, size, color, quantity, shipping address and personalization.

Please contact hello@moodyelements.com as soon as possible if you notice an error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Custom and personalized products are created according to the information approved or submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, colors and other requested details.

Once a custom design has been approved or production has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged unless the finished product is defective, damaged or different from the approved order.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Many Moody Elements products are made or printed to order. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated processing and delivery dates are not guarantees.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Moody Elements is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If we cannot ship within the stated time—or within the period required by applicable law—we will notify you and provide any options required by law, which may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, customers should first check the delivery area, household members and carrier tracking information. Please contact us promptly if additional assistance is needed.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Because our products are made to order, produced in small batches or customized, all sales are final except when an item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect or affected by a fulfillment mistake.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Choosing the wrong size, color or product
• Changing your mind
• Normal variations in handmade or printed items
• Minor color differences caused by screens, garments or printing methods
• Incorrect personalization or shipping information submitted by the customer
• Ordinary wear, misuse, improper washing or accidental damage

If your item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@moodyelements.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, correction or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Moody Elements will cover reasonable return shipping when we require the return of an item affected by our mistake.

CARE AND SIZING

Customers are responsible for reviewing available size information and following the care instructions provided with the product. Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage or use is not considered a product defect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original designs, artwork, photographs, logos, product names, written content and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Moody Elements LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, resell or use Moody Elements content or designs for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict access, cancel orders or take other appropriate action when we reasonably believe the website or our business is being misused.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

This website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers and social media platforms. Moody Elements does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or independent policies.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moody Elements provides the website and its content on an “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
